Required Position: Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter (Ref# 13-HR-REC)

- Producer of 5 Mil m³ / annum with 400 transit mixer trucks, 60 pumps, 30 batch plants
- Operations in KSA (Jeddah, Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah), Qatar (Doha), UAE (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai), along with offices/representatives in India, Turkey, Oman and South Korea.
- The nominated supplier for many mega projects within the GCC, and considered for international projects worldwide (Panama, Kuwait, Turkmenistan, Peru, Malaysia, etc.).
Location / Timing: UAE - Abu Dhabi - Musaffah / 6 days / 08:00 to 18:00
Reports To: HR Manager
Job Requirements:
- Written and Spoken Business English Proficiency
- A bachelor's degree
- Two (2) years of experience in the HR field
- Understanding of fundamental HR concepts, employment laws, contemporary HR practices and issues.
- MS Office Proficiency
Job Description:
- Partner with managers to determine requirements for open positions and qualities of an ideal candidate.
- Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers).
- Manage the requisition log and applicant/interview/hire reports.
- Create relationships with Universities and post positions on University web sites.
- Attend local career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
- Monitors the job market and prepares analyses and summaries of the main job market movements.
- Support deployment of global HR programs, including performance management, salary administration and implementation,staffing, headcount planning/reporting, retention, and career development
Compensation: Full Package of 8,000 AED / month (inclusive of transportation) (+ health insurance, + tickets every 2 years)
