The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for creating new business relations and securing sponsorship investment for our international business conferences. You will work closely with all departments within the company to generate sales strategies for securing new business. We will provide you with extensive sales training, career development opportunities, as well as an environment that is fast paced, competitive and highly sociable.
Scope:
Identify and secure vendor investment for regional conferences produced from IQPC’s Dubai Office from Turkey
Explore partnering and alliance with industry and business community to strengthen and enhance conference products
Work closely with the Business Development Director, Team Leaders and Production Team in producing events
Manage relevant sponsorship budgets, payment receipts and on-site logistics (with the co-operation of the operations team)
This role reports directly to the Business Development Director or such other senior officer of the Company as may from time to time be notified to you.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years proven sales experience
Highly motivated, self-driven and goal orientated with an ability to interact at all levels
Acute competency in high level negotiation, both face-to-face and over the telephone
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced environment, working within short sales cycles
Entrepreneurial & natural networker
Turkish language is a must
