An Interior Design Company is looking for a Project Coordinator for its Operations Department.

Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai

The Role

• • • • • • • Providing operations support from the project initiation through the project post-completion handover.

            • Liaising with the relevant internal departments and also with suppliers and sub-contractors to provide up-to-date and concise information to ultimately aid project delivery.

            • Undertaking all the activities for project permit submission/collection of deposits and timely processing of various legal documents with relation to regulatory and project authority approvals. 

The requirements

• • • • • • • • • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Interiors

                • Minimum 5 years experience in interior fit out and similar position

                • Fluent English

                • Driving License

                • Experience in Authority Approvals preferable
