Business Development Manager

DIFC based major International Turkish Bank is seeking to employ experienced Business Development Manager with a major focus on Corporate Finance for its expanding activities in the GCC.

QUALIFICATIONS

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Expand client data base of the bank to include potential investors to the Turkish market.

-Assist in the development and execution of short, medium, and long-term strategic and operating models/plans to increase the bank’s presence in the corporate finance field.

-Monitor, analyze, and disseminate global economic, industry, competitor, supplier, or channel partner developments, which could impact firm’s current or future business model.

- Maintain active acquisition database and identify M&A candidates which fit with firm’s M&A strategy.

-Assist with the communication of M&A strategy and objectives

-Develop standardized qualitative and quantitative analyses related to potential transactions (e.g. strategic value and risk assessment, etc.).

-Coordinate evaluation with external legal, accounting/finance, and tax advisors.

-Provide analytical support for special projects.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related field from an accredited institution.

- MBA preferred but not required.

- Minimum six to eight years of experience in a similar position.

-Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical skills.

-Good verbal and written communication skills.

-Excellent written and spoken English skills.
