Job Vacancy: Data Services Coordinator – Turkish Speaking

Job Description

Info Salons is looking for a Turkish Speaking Data Services Coordinator to work in a young and dynamic Dubai office of Australasia’s and Middle East's leading Event Registration and technology company.  From the Dubai office we serve event organisers in the Middle East.

The Data Services Coordinator will be responsible in creating and maintaining show databases. He/She will be liaising with the Project Manager to ensure that client's pre show and post show data requirements are satisfactorily met. The role requires an onsite job of managing registration staffs during events and assisting the Project Managers to deliver a seamless registration. This position might require travelling in the Middle East region.

Skills & Experience

Essential

- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office

- Speaks and writes clearly and fluently in English and Turkish

- Knowledgeable in database cleaning, formatting, filtering, sorting using MS Excel

- Experience in an event business environment
